I was also quite pleased with the strong selection of different authentic traditional Mexican dishes at Hotel Xcaret Arte’s buffet Mercado de San Juan which was themed after an authentic Mexico City farmer’s market with so many delicious Mexican dishes. I enjoyed everything from freshly-cooked tacos, empanadas, moletes served up with so many delicious proteins including steak, chicken pork and various spices.
